Youth Intermediate Foil Fencing

Youth Foil Fencing -Levels 2-3

Boys and girls, ages 8 and up, practice foil fencing skills and electric bouting at our evening classes.    Youth classes run year-around and fencers may join at any time.  Various skill levels of fencing instruction will occur at each class, and vary depending on participants.  Fencer participation and level placement is at the discretion of the Coach.

• Mondays/Wednesdays 6:30 –8:30 p.m. –Warm-ups, instruction, drills and open fencing practice
• Monthly Rate: $80,  for one or two classes per week
• Private lessons are available by appointment (additional fees apply)
• Loaner equipment is provided free for first 60 days, after which, students will need their own practice gear.  A minimum starter kit is Glove, Mask, Jacket, and Practice Foil.  After 60 days, a $10 per month Equipment Rental Fee may apply.  Fencers progressing into level 2 should acquire their own electrical fencing equipment (Electric foil, lame’, body & mask cords.)
